Users are required to use the application in a lawful, respectful, and ethical manner. Any misuse of the app, including actions that violate applicable laws, LiveChat Marketplace rules, or the rights of others, may result in suspension or termination of access as described in Section 7.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their LiveChat accounts and any credentials associated with the use of Google Forms for LiveChat. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to user accounts.
Google Forms for LiveChat is an application that integrates Google Forms with the LiveChat platform, enabling users to collect and manage form responses directly within LiveChat. The app is distributed via the LiveChat Marketplace.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application at any time to improve functionality or comply with technical, legal, or business requirements. Significant changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
Certain features of Google Forms for LiveChat may require payment. All in-app payments, subscriptions, and billing are handled exclusively by Text, Inc., the operator of the LiveChat platform, in accordance with their billing terms and policies.
Billing frequency, pricing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are determined by Text, Inc. and the LiveChat Marketplace terms. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with those policies to manage their financial commitments.
We process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable. Data is used solely to provide and improve the functionality of the application.
Cookies or similar technologies may be used to ensure proper functionality, improve performance, and enhance user experience. Users can manage cookie preferences through their browser or account settings where applicable.
All intellectual property rights related to Google Forms for LiveChat, including but not limited to software, branding, design, and documentation, are owned by DOMINIK SŁAWKOWSKI or licensed to us.
Users retain ownership of any content or data they submit through the application. By using the app, users grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the application if users violate these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, LiveChat Marketplace rules, or engage in behavior that may harm the service or other users.
Upon termination, users may lose access to the application and any related features. Termination does not relieve users of any outstanding payment obligations owed under LiveChat or Text, Inc. billing policies.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions should first be attempted to be resolved amicably through informal communication.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Poland.
