For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we act as a data controller for personal data related to the operation, security, and analytics of the Service, and as a data processor when processing customer data on behalf of LiveChat users through integrations with LiveChat and Google services.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Service, including both freemium and premium (subscription) plans.

The Service is a plugin for the LiveChat platform. User accounts, authentication, and billing are handled by LiveChat (Text, Inc.).

We do not create or manage independent user accounts outside of LiveChat.
