This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected when you use the software plugin and related services (the “Service”) provided by DOMINIK SŁAWKOWSKI.

For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we act as a data controller for personal data related to the operation, security, and analytics of the Service, and as a data processor when processing customer data on behalf of LiveChat users through integrations with LiveChat and Google services.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Service, including both freemium and premium (subscription) plans.

2. Scope of the Service

The Service is a plugin for the LiveChat platform. User accounts, authentication, and billing are handled by LiveChat (Text, Inc.).

We do not create or manage independent user accounts outside of LiveChat.

3. Personal Data We Process

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process the following categories of personal data:

3.1 Data provided via LiveChat

• User identifiers provided by LiveChat
• Account-related metadata necessary to enable the plugin
• Subscription and plan status (freemium or premium)

3.2 Google API data (read-only)

If you connect your Google account, the Service may access:

• Google account identifier
• Read-only Google Drive and Google Forms data

Google data is accessed only transiently and solely to provide the user-requested functionality of the Service. We do not store, cache, log, modify, delete, or create Google Drive or Google Forms content. All access is read-only and limited to the duration necessary to fulfill the integration.

3.3 Technical and usage data

• Anonymous or pseudonymized analytics data
• Error and crash reports
• Service usage metrics

We do not intentionally collect IP addresses, precise location data, or persistent device identifiers beyond what is technically required for secure operation.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) – to provide and operate the Service as part of the LiveChat platform
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) – for connecting Google accounts and accessing Google APIs
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) – for service security, error detection, and improvement

5. Purpose of Processing

• Deliver and maintain the Service
• Enable plugin functionality within LiveChat
• Integrate Google Drive and Google Forms (read-only)

• Improve reliability and user experience
• Manage subscriptions and billing via LiveChat

6. Cookies

The Service uses only strictly necessary cookies required for authentication, security, and core functionality.

No marketing, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies are used. Because only essential cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is required.

8. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Personal data is shared only where necessary to operate the Service and only with trusted processors, including:

• LiveChat (Text, Inc.) – authentication and billing
• Google LLC – Google Drive and Google Forms APIs
• Infrastructure providers (hosting, monitoring, error tracking)

9. International Data Transfers

Where third-party providers process data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are safeguarded using Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions approved by the European Commission.

10. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Service:

• Google account access tokens are revoked immediately when the Google integration is disconnected
• Plugin-related data is deleted within a reasonable period after uninstallation, unless retention is required by law
• Technical logs are retained for a limited time for security and debugging purposes

11. Children’s Data

The Service is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16.

12. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, withdraw consent at any time, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

13. Automated Decision-Making

The Service does not use automated decision-making or profiling producing legal or similarly significant effects.

14. Google API Services Compliance

The Service’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used solely to provide the user-requested functionality of the Service and is not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or retained beyond what is strictly necessary.

15. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access controls, and secure infrastructure hosted within the European Union.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be published on this page and become effective upon publication.
